TRUST AND RECIPROCITY
Steven Covey wrote in Fortune Magazine that "Trust" is the most important competency for our times. Whether or not it is a "Competency," it certainly is the most important characteristic for developing motivation and commitment for change and progress.
If we go back to the foundations of Western thought to the Greeks, we find the foundation of their "democracy" was a concept that translates to "virtue", which in turn translates to "balance and fairness." Fairness as a core value is vitally linked with developing trust and commitment. This value is the theme, mission, and mantra of Reciprocity International. The question arises of how RI will help your company understand where its culture, its human resources, and its internal and external customer relations fall regarding this characteristic. More importantly, RI can give prescriptions that will create the necessary changes. RI can assess this gap and offer solutions that will Develop Trust Through Reciprocity.
TRUST AND RECIPROCITY

The Value of Reciprocity drives all parts of the engagement process. As Trust increases in the environment, Cooperation drives Collaboration, which in turn creates greater and greater amounts of Synergy. The entire process mushrooms to engage all internal and external relationships. This, of course, produces real customers, real profit, and increaced stakeholder value.
