By developing engagement skills that demonstrate Reciprocity, interdependence begins to dominate. People begin to live values that foster trust and interdependence. The following model describes movement toward Weciprocity, a state of engagement where each party contributes to the welfare of the other.  Mutual benefit is recognized and rectified. The major objective is to support the other and create mutual welfare and high performance through synergy.

                    WEciprocity Model 

Reciprocity leads to increased trust and cooperation. As trust increases Reciprocity becomes "balanced" so each party gives full cooperation to the other person. This attention to others creates true collaboration and results in Synergy and High Performance. We call this state WEciprocity.
