RECIPROCITY MINDSET
RI offers a wide variety of solutions to improve employee and organization performance. In most cases, the solutions are customized by our senior consultants to fit the circumstances and business objectives of our customers. In each of our solutions are processes, techniques and/or skill training aimed at improving collaboration, synergy and commitment. At the core of this development is an understanding and application of our core value, Reciprocity.
Regardless of the project being implemented, the effort requires a Reciprocity Mindset. Behavioral approaches alone whether applied to training and development, executive coaching, performance management systems, etc. need an additional element for them to create critical commitment and consistent application. Behavioral change demands consistent and continual application before becoming habit.
This Mindset must drive the planning process, the communication process, and all facets of the implementation. Without this Mindset, behaviours and processes will result in inconsistent and conflicting behavior, strong intentions without the required execution.
Reciprocity leads to trust and interdependence. The corporate behaviors depicted below require a conscious, mindful approach to integrating a Mindset of Reciprocity in every aspect of employee engagement.

Ultimately every reciprocal action can lead to mutual respect and trust. Most behavioral scientists agree that certain needs dominate our behavior at different times and in different situations -- human beings are a composite of all human needs. These needs drive situational behavior often creating habits that conflict with each other, and fail to develop a sense of interdependence that results in synergy and high performance. Interpersonal behavior drives the corporate machine to either failure or success.
